Out keeping up on her fit physique, Ashley Tisdale was seen leaving the gym in West Hollywood, CA on Friday afternoon (May 25).
The "Phineas and Ferb" cutie looked toned in dark grey yoga pants, a grey and black tank top and aviator sunglasses as she made her way past the awaiting shutterbugs.
In other news, Ashley has been named one of the 25 Most Powerful Female Singer since 1999 by Forbes Magazine. The Disney Channel starlet has been seen getting back in the studio and it seems to be paying off as she nabbed the number 25 spot and has pulled in an impressive $5.5 million as a total figure for all years she has made the list since '99.
Other music superstars that topped the list were Miley Cyrus, who raked in $98 million since 1999, Britney Spears, who took the number three spot with $234.7 million and finally the Material Girl herself, Madonna, grabbed the number one spot with a whopping $373 million.
