Prince Philip: Bladder Infection Leads to Hospitalization

It?s an exciting time for Queen Elizabeth II, who is in the middle of celebrating her Diamond Jubilee in England.
However, her husband of 64 years Prince Philip had to be taken to the King Edward VII hospital earlier today (June 4) due to complications with a bladder infection. An insider told press, "He was hospitalized as a precautionary measure after developing a bladder infection, which is being accessed and treated."
According to a report, the Duke of Edinburgh (90) is expected to stay in the hospital under doctor?s care for the next few days.
And Prince Philip is no stranger to medical issues- back in December he had heart surgery during the Royal Family?s Christmas Retreat.
On his 90th birthday, Philip noted that he wanted to slow down and take it easy. "I reckon I've done my bit. I want to enjoy myself now ... have less responsibility, less frantic rushing about, less preparation, less trying to think of something to say."
