Utah Drops Charges Against Polygamist Sect Leader

Warren Jeffs' 2007 conviction on rape by accomplice charges was overturned last year because of improper jury instructions. Prosecutors in Utah decided not to retry him because he is serving a life sentence in Texas for child sexual assault.
